HOW TO PREPARE THE SANDWICH RECIPE:

I let it rise for about 10 minutes in the oven heated to 40 degrees Celsius. I set the oven temperature to 250 degrees Celsius and checked frequently to keep it from burning. When they were slightly browned, I took them out of the oven and brushed them with a little olive oil. They were very soft and fluffy.


Casserole sandwich

7. Gently twist each strip of the bun, orienting the sections upwards. At the end, bring them closer to each other.

8. Proceed similarly with all remaining ingredients.

9. Place the buns on a tray lined with baking paper. Cover them with a clean kitchen towel and let them "rest" for 20 minutes.

10. Grease them with beaten egg yolk, using a silicone brush.

11. Bake the buns for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven to 200 ° C.

12. Allow them to cool slightly. Transfer them to a basket or other container, in which you keep the baking.
